TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRICES & PAYMENT

• The transaction currency is HKD dollar (HKD).
• We accept VISA, MASTER, AMERCIAN EXPRESS, APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY, PAYPAL AND WECHAT PAY.
• We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to cancel any order and/or suspend delivery if we find that the information submitted by the customer is not in order or not approved by the payment agencies.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

• All orders will be shipped from our distribution centers via Courier Services.
• Shipment will be made within 2 working days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) from the date of receipt of your order payment. Delivery lead-time is subject to the courier service and custom clearance.
• Import duty, taxes or related fees are not covered by the shipping charges. Please note that import duty and other fees may vary depending on the country and such cost are for account of the buyer.
• We will not verify the recipient’s identity and bear no responsibility in this respect, subject that the delivery address is equivalent to the address indicated on the order form.
• Please note that a PO Box address is not an acceptable delivery address.
• All claims for shipping shortages must be reported to dba@dblueasia.com within 3 days of delivery.
• If the delivery company is unable to deliver because you cannot be contacted, we will send you an email notification. Once you receive this email, please contact the delivery company as soon as possible.  
• If we do not receive your reply and you remain unreachable, we will arrange the delivery company to return your item to the warehouse. 
• If you still need this item, you will have to place a new order --- Thank you for your understanding!
• Special arrangements will be made in case of out-of-stock product items.  We will send an email to notify you in case the item is out-of-stock.  

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

• The final delivery date for the pre-order items will be subject to the final confirmation that will send to your email.

ORDER CANCELLATION

• The customer has the right to cancel this sales order within 48 hours from the time of order placement without giving any reason, subject that the order has not yet been shipped. 
• Please send your request for approval of cancellation of sales order to: dba@dblueasia.com
• For duly approved order cancellations we will reimburse all payments received from you within 7 working days. A deduction for handling fee may occur in the case where goods were already picked/packed at the warehouse.
• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such a case please go to the "RETURNS" section.

RETURNS

Please strictly follow the instructions below if you wish to return an unwanted product item to us. This is important as otherwise we will be unable to process your return:

• Please note that we will only accept returns for unwanted product items subject that these items are in pristine condition, in original packaging and with unbroken seals.
• Please inform us via e-mail to dba@dblueasia.com indicating: your name, contact tel number, our sales invoice number, and unwanted items to be returned. We will approve your intended return by e-mail within 3 working days giving you a return processing number that you will have to be clearly marked on your return parcel.
• Pack the item/s carefully so that no damage will occur during the shipping process. We suggest to you use a suitable box and bubble wrap.
• Please use a secure shipping method such as courier or registered mail for your return. Shipping charges are for your account and we cannot accept any responsibility for return shipments that are lost in transit.
• Your return will be processed within 5 working days from date of receipt of your package.
